一、Main characteristics:
The machine is equipped with slant lathe bed. The layout of the machine is that the grinding wheel is fixed and the regulating wheel is movable.
Both the grinding wheel spindle and regulating wheel spindle are driven by two permanent magnet synchronous motors, the grinding wheel spindle can be equipped with automatic dynamic balance.
The feed rail of the regulating wheel frame slide plate adopts a linear guide, which is driven by a servo motor through a ball screw.
The feed and reciprocating motion of the grinding wheel dresser are driven by a servo motor to drive a ball screw structure, and the feed and reciprocating guides are rolling guides.
The reciprocating of the guide wheel dresser adopts a geared motor and AC frequency conversion stepless speed regulation, and the reciprocating adopts a linear guide.
The cooling system adopts magnetic separator and paper belt filter cooling water tank.
The machine tool adopts SINUMERIK CNC automation system.
二、Main applications:
This type machine is capable of grinding cylindrical surface of a variety of ring type and shaft type parts by means of through feed grinding, also applicable of grinding stepped form surface, conical and cylindrical rotating surface of work parts by means of semi-automatic or fully automatic plunge feed grinding. This machine is suitable for small batch and mass production.
