一、Main characteristics:
The machine is equipped with slant lathe bed. The layout of the machine is that the grinding wheel is fixed and the regulating wheel is movable.
Both the grinding wheel spindle and regulating wheel spindle run on twin-grip rolling bearing, the grinding wheel spindle is equipped with built-in dynamic balancing system.
Flat-V turcite guideways are used for regulating wheel feed movement which is driven by servo motor through ball screw.
Diamond dressing roller is used for grinding wheel dresser. The rolling wheel is driven by servo motor.
The structure of servo motor driving ball screws is used for the grinding wheel dresser feed motions and reciprocation movements, both the feeding guideway and reciprocation guideway are rolling guideway.
The speed of regulating wheel is regulated steplessly by means of gear motor AC frequency converter.
The movement of regulating wheel is driven by spindle motor.
Paper filter with magnetic separator is provided for the cooling system.
The machine is equipped with Siemens servo system.
二、Main applications:
This machine is capable of grinding cylindrical surface of a variety of ring type and shaft type parts by means of through feed grinding, also applicable of grinding stepped form surface, conical and cylindrical rotating surface of work parts by means of semi-automatic or fully automatic plunge feed grinding. This machine is suitable for small batch and mass production.
